We’ve developed specialized manufacturing techniques to precisely adjust the Climatocork footbed to your feet – without compromising Climatocork’s advantages: exceptional breathability, moisture absorption, and skin compatibility.
The best part: it also works by post – no matter where you are. As part of the Climatocork Premium Fitting, you’ll first receive our Measuring Kit – a special foam impression box that lets you create a detailed foot impression. This gives us all the information we need to produce a Climatocork footbed perfectly matched to your feet – giving each foot exactly the support it needs.

As part of our Premium Fitting, the Climatocork footbed is adapted to the unique characteristics of your feet. Based on the foot impression created using the Measuring Kit, the footbed is individualized by integrating relieving or supportive elements – to redistribute pressure or improve stability. At the same time, gait mechanics are optimized, and overall performance is enhanced – with the goal of combining comfort and functionality in the best possible way.
Precision Fit
To ensure that your fitted Climatocork footbeds provide support exactly where needed, they must be precisely matched to the Runnertune or VitalloFlex model in which they will later be used. This adjustment is carried out by hand and requires considerable time and craftsmanship. Only when foot, footbed, and shoe are coordinated flawlessly can the system deliver its full effect.

Climatocork Premium Fitting
The Climatocork Premium Fitting is a custom footbed precisely adjusted to your individual needs. It offers maximum comfort and targeted support to enhance your performance – without compromising Climatocork’s outstanding properties, such as exceptional breathability and efficient moisture absorption.
We use the information from your Measuring Kit – which you’ll receive as part of your shoe order – to create your personalized footbed. For repeat orders, we rely on the data derived from your previous foot impression or, if preferred, send you a new Measuring Kit.
When you choose the Premium Fitting in combination with Runnertune or VitalloFlex shoes, the Climatocork footbed already included in the shoe is individually adapted to your feet. This is not an additional fitting, but a customization of the integrated footbed.
Climatocork Perfect Fit Technology was developed specifically for our own shoe models and is designed to match them perfectly. That’s why the Premium Fitting is available exclusively for models made in our manufacture.
