Climatocork Perfect Fit Technology
For us, perfect fit is no coincidence – it’s the result of intensive development. The Master Fitting is the most precise way to adapt a Climatocork footbed to the foot. To ensure that the outstanding properties of Climatocork – such as exceptional breathability, moisture absorption, and skin compatibility – can also be used in customized solutions, we apply a fitting process that is just as unique. It enables a noticeably individualized adjustment of the footbed – tailored to your foot down to the smallest detail.
At our fitting center, directly connected to our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, Germany, the Climatocork footbed is molded directly to the unloaded foot using a proprietary vacuum-based process. During this procedure, your foot is professionally guided into its optimal position. At the same time, its anatomical structure and individual characteristics are transferred 1:1 onto the footbed – so that with every step, your foot sinks into a footbed crafted to fit it perfectly.

Using the innovative vacuum technology of the Master Fitting, we adapt the Climatocork footbed to the exact anatomy of your feet. This requires expertise, craftsmanship, and, above all, experience. After the initial molding process, your footbeds are further refined: if necessary, we integrate additional cushioning, relieving, or stabilizing elements to enhance their effect. The goal is to increase movement efficiency, endurance, and stability – for peak performance in every step.
Precision Fit
To ensure that your fitted Climatocork footbeds provide support exactly where needed, they must be precisely matched to the Runnertune or VitalloFlex model in which they will later be used. This adjustment is carried out by hand and requires considerable time and craftsmanship. Only when foot, footbed, and shoe are coordinated flawlessly can the system deliver its full effect.

Climatocork Master Fitting
The Climatocork Master Fitting is a precision-tailored footbed that is molded directly to your feet using an innovative vacuum process. This unique method is carried out during a personal appointment at the fitting center located within our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, Germany.
Our proprietary vacuum technology enables us to adapt the footbed 100% to the anatomy of your foot. Using gentle suction, the pre-heated raw form is molded to the unloaded foot – capturing its specific contours in exact detail. The result: an unmatched fit, combined with outstanding comfort and optimal support in every step.
When you choose the Master Fitting in combination with Runnertune or VitalloFlex shoes, the Climatocork footbed already included in the shoe is individually adapted to your feet. This is not an additional fitting, but a customization of the integrated footbed.
Climatocork Perfect Fit Technology was developed specifically for our own shoe models and is designed to match them perfectly. That’s why the Master Fitting is available exclusively for models made in our manufacture.
