Ordering Process
How can I purchase a product?
You can purchase our VitalloFlex and Runnertune models either in our store, by phone, or conveniently through our online shop. There, you can choose from various models, colors, and sizes.
Our bespoke Vitallo shoes are exclusively available at our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, Germany – a personal appointment is required to take your measurements and discuss the model in detail.

Monday & Tuesday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Thursday & Friday: 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Can I order multiple sizes to try on?
There is no need to place a selection order. Instead, we determine the best-fitting size for you using our Measuring Kit. If there are any questions or uncertainties, we’ll clarify them directly with you. This way, you receive the right size straight away – without ordering multiple pairs to try on.
What is the ordering process?
First, choose your preferred model in the size you normally wear. After placing your order, we will send you our Measuring Kit to determine the correct size – if this is your first purchase.
Once we receive your completed kit, we will analyze your foot impression and determine the best-fitting size for the selected model.
Only then do we begin crafting your shoes. Once finished, they will be sent directly to your home – conveniently and reliably.
For repeat orders, we will coordinate with you whether a new Measuring Kit is needed or if we can use your existing measurements.
How does the Measuring Kit work?
The Measuring Kit includes a special foam impression box that you step into. This creates a detailed impression of your feet. A step-by-step instruction manual is included with the kit.
Once you send the impression back to us, we evaluate it and determine the best-fitting shoe size for your selected model.

How long does it take to receive my shoes?
The production time is approximately 3 weeks after we receive your Measuring Kit. For limited editions or special configurations, the production period may vary. The current timeframe is always listed on the respective product page.
Shipping time is additional and may vary depending on the delivery destination.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Since we craft your shoes specifically based on your order, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time window.
If needed, please contact us as soon as possible – by email or via our contact form. We will be happy to check whether a change is still possible.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please first check your spam folder. If no confirmation email is found there either, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help.

My billing address is different from the shipping address. What should I do?
No problem – during checkout, you can easily enter a different shipping address. A clearly labeled field is provided for this purpose.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, registration is not required. You only provide the information necessary to complete your order and ensure smooth delivery.
Optionally, you can save your details with Shop Pay to speed up future checkouts.
Why can’t I order Vitallo bespoke shoes online?
Creating a pair of Vitallo bespoke shoes is a highly individual process – from model selection to materials and construction. That’s why a bespoke appointment at our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, Germany, is required at the beginning.
Which payment methods are available?
In our online shop, you can pay conveniently and securely by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, bank transfer (prepayment), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
For orders placed by phone or in writing (e.g., via email), payment by bank transfer (prepayment) is available.
Why is the delivered size different from the one I originally ordered?
The shoe size you specify during the ordering process serves merely as an initial reference. The actual size we send is based on the evaluation of your detailed foot impression, which we receive through the Measuring Kit.
Our goal is to determine the best possible size for your feet – regardless of the number printed on the shoe. Variations from the originally ordered size are therefore normal and often necessary to ensure optimal comfort.
