Which payment methods are available?
In our online shop, you can pay conveniently and securely by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, bank transfer (prepayment), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
For orders placed by phone or in writing (e.g., via email), payment by bank transfer (prepayment) is available.
What should I know when paying by bank transfer (prepayment)?
Bank transfer (prepayment) is simple:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This includes an overview of your order, the total amount, our bank details, and your order number.
Please transfer the total amount to our account, stating your order number as the reference. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed accordingly.
Where can I find the bank details for bank transfer (prepayment)?
You’ll find our bank details in the order confirmation email we send you after we receive your order.
Is payment by invoice possible?
Traditional invoice purchase is not available directly in our online shop.
However, payment by invoice may be possible through our payment partner Klarna – depending on availability and a successful credit check. In this case, you will receive the payment details directly from Klarna, with a payment deadline starting after dispatch.
When will the payment be charged?
This depends on the selected payment method:
For credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the amount is usually charged directly when the order is placed – the exact timing of the debit depends on your payment provider.
For Klarna, the timing of the charge depends on the specific Klarna payment option selected – such as immediate payment, direct debit, or invoice purchase. You choose the option in the Klarna checkout window at the end of the order process.
For bank transfer (prepayment), you transfer the amount after receiving our order confirmation, using the bank details provided there.
How long does it take to process my payment?
Processing time varies depending on the payment method:
For PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, the amount is usually charged immediately and processed without delay.
For Klarna, we usually receive the payment confirmation right after the order is completed.
For bank transfer (prepayment), it may take a few working days until your transfer is received and booked.
Is my payment secure?
Yes – your payment is processed via certified payment providers using the latest encryption technologies.
Protecting your data is our top priority.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes – a printed invoice will be included with the delivery.
Is there a minimum order value?
No – we do not require a minimum order value.
