Open-Edge Detailing
A distinctive feature of Vitallo accessories is their open-edge construction. On the Driver’s Jacket, this refined detail is visible at the sleeve and shoulder seams, while our Belt features it at the final stitching line. This design signature is created in a separate step, where the edge is revealed with a single, precise cut – masterfully executed by hand.

Natural Leather
Just like our Vitallo shoes, our accessories are made from carefully selected, vegetable-tanned leathers – with particular attention paid to tactile quality, durability, and character.
These exclusive Vitallo leathers come from renowned German tanneries and are handpicked to meet our exacting standards. The result is an ideal material for a long-lasting and stylish statement piece – such as our bespoke Vitallo Belt. Here, full-grain cowhide with a natural texture artfully encases the solid leather core – the so-called "soul" of the Belt.
Pure Linen
Our Driver’s Jacket also relies on this supple yet resilient leather, which gradually adapts to the wearer’s body and develops a rich patina over time.
For the lining, we use pure natural linen – breathable, skin-friendly, and exceptionally pleasant to wear. This combination of the finest leather and genuine linen makes the jacket a truly distinctive companion, uniting comfort, style, and craftsmanship in an unmistakable way.

As with our bespoke shoes, individual fit is at the heart of every Vitallo accessory. Each Belt is crafted by hand using traditional techniques and precisely adjusted to the wearer’s exact waist size – for optimal fit and maximum comfort.
Precisely Measured
Our Driver’s Jacket is, of course, also made as a bespoke piece. It begins with an in-person appointment at our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, during which all relevant body measurements are taken and any personal preferences are discussed. The result is a one-of-a-kind garment that not only fits perfectly, but also embodies personal character with timeless elegance.
