Each VitalloFlex is crafted in true manufacture tradition at our facility in Hilpoltstein, Germany: from the first cut to the final inspection – pair by pair, with passion, experience, and an instinctive sense for proportions and detail.
We use finest materials such as vegetable-tanned nappa leather or innovative high-tech textiles – breathable, skin-friendly, and pleasant to wear.
At the heart of every model beats something special: the Climatocork footbed made of pure natural cork. It ensures an incomparably comfortable feel, gradually adapts to the shape of the foot, and naturally regulates the shoe’s climate.
With our prêt-à-porter collection, we create something authentic – a deliberate counterpoint to the fast-paced world of the mainstream.

Climatocork – Maximum Comfort
Pure Nature
Exceptional moisture absorption and skin compatibility are the defining features of our specially developed Climatocork footbed. Finest vegetable-tanned leathers and Oeko-Tex-certified performance textiles effectively wick moisture away from the foot into the cork base – preventing any unwanted slipping inside the shoe. At the same time, Climatocork provides natural cushioning thanks to its specific material properties, ensuring outstanding comfort.
Anatomically Shaped
The final step in the process is the insertion of the Climatocork footbed – the heart of every VitalloFlex. Its anatomical design provides targeted support where the foot needs it most, while its high flexibility allows for natural, unrestricted movement. After only a short break-in period, the footbed becomes uniquely individual, thanks to Climatocork’s ability to adapt to the shape of the foot. Every VitalloFlex is designed with a removable footbed that can be replaced and renewed over time.

Vegetable-Tanned Leather
For VitalloFlex shoes, only the best will do. That’s why we use exclusively vegetable-tanned natural leathers in the lining of leather-lined models – known for their exceptional skin compatibility and outstanding breathability. These leathers are tanned using natural substances such as bark or fruit extracts, making the process particularly sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Innovative Functional Materials
We also pay special attention to skin-friendly materials when using technical fabrics for the lining of our models.
The synthetic materials used in our golf shoes comply with strict Oeko-Tex standards and provide an excellent internal climate.
We also place great value on environmental responsibility and the positive ecological footprint of synthetics. We are proud to use eco-friendly Cradle-to-Cradle materials in the upper construction of our VitalloFlex golf models.
Recycling
Material offcuts generated during sole production, for example, are considered valuable raw materials. Rather than being discarded, they are fed into a specialized recycling process – giving them a second life.

Optimized Techniques
In our driving, golf, and sneaker models, the outsole is bonded using high-strength adhesives and specially refined methods developed in-house. This process is carried out precisely by hand to avoid visible glue lines and ensure a highly durable bond. At the same time, the adhesive technique is optimized for later repair: the sole can be removed and replaced – making full re-soling in original quality possible.

Handmade in Germany
Our glove-soft, unlined leathers – as well as our carefully selected performance textiles – must be shaped over the last entirely by hand to preserve their natural suppleness. Only by lasting manually can we achieve the millimeter-precision required for a balanced, harmonious overall look. Every step – from the first cut to the final polish – takes place in our manufacture in Hilpoltstein, where the highest levels of craftsmanship and care go into every detail.
