Leather is not just leather – and when it comes to textiles and high-tech synthetics, the differences in quality can be just as striking. For a Hackner shoe or accessory, only the finest materials come into question, as premium material quality and maximum wearing comfort go hand in hand. That’s why our expectations of our suppliers and the quality of their goods are equally high.
Quality is also an important health factor. The skin compatibility of our pollutant-tested materials and their sustainability are firmly anchored in our company philosophy – just like their origin.
Wherever possible, we strive to source our raw materials from manufacturers in our region, in order to preserve established structures and safeguard the wealth of experience and know-how involved in producing outstanding raw materials in Germany and Europe.
