Returns
Something is wrong with my delivery. What should I do?

Your satisfaction is very important to us – and we do everything we can to ensure that every item leaves our manufacture in perfect condition.
Thanks to proven processes such as our Measuring Kit and our high quality standards, returns due to issues with fit or quality are extremely rare. Nevertheless, even with the greatest care, occasional discrepancies may still occur.

The size I received doesn’t match my order – was something done incorrectly?

Please note: The shoe size you specify when placing your order serves merely as an initial reference. The actual size is determined based on the evaluation of your detailed foot impression from the Measuring Kit.
Any deviation from the originally ordered size is therefore not a mistake, but part of our concept – designed to ensure the best possible fit for your feet.

How do I return an item?

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us by email or via our contact form before returning anything. This allows us to discuss the next steps with you directly.
If you are returning an item, please send it back in the original product packaging. If the original shipping box is still in good condition, please use it as well. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to use a suitable outer box to ensure your return reaches us safely and completely.

How do I receive my return documents?

Since each return has individual circumstances – such as the reason for return or the country from which it is being returned – we will clarify the details with you personally and inform you of the best way to proceed.

Who covers the cost of a return?

If you have received a defective item or an incorrect delivery, we will provide you with a DHL return label within Germany. This ensures that your return is transported reliably and delivered correctly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to centrally coordinate international returns for logistical reasons – and the associated costs would be disproportionately high.
If you are returning an item from abroad, you are responsible for organizing the return shipment and covering the shipping costs. In the United States, returns should be addressed to our local distribution partner.
In all cases, please contact us in advance – ideally by email or via our contact form. We will be happy to discuss the return and the next steps with you personally.

Is there a time frame for returns under the right of withdrawal?

If you wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can find our cancellation policy and the corresponding withdrawal form here.
Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of a withdrawal.

Can I return worn shoes?

We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns of new and unworn shoes. Like all products worn close to the body, shoes must be in a hygienically perfect condition in order to be eligible for return.
